We always have angel food cake on Mom's birthday, January 10th and the day she passed away, April 2nd. This year, we made the cake from scratch instead of buying it - MAN it was delicious. Mom would've been proud. She would've been 55 this year. I still think about her. Every day. Happy Birthday!
This was all the was left. I ate about half of it. =)
