4th of July!

One of my favorite holidays! Man we had so much fun. I'd have to say this was the most fun 4th 0f July yet! (And I have had a lot of fun 4ths!) We got Subway and ate it at Grand Ave Park in the grass, just the three of us. Weather was perfect again. Gorgeous view of the water...it was heavenly!

After that we went home so little K could take a nap. I made cupcake brownie burgers for our picnic later! They turned out super cute and tasted yummmmmy! Got the idea from Bakerella! We met up with both of our families in Lynnwood for the big firework show. It was AWESOME! It's at Lynnwood High School at this humongous field. There was live music, roaming entertainment (including these AMAZING tap dancers!!), plenty of room, easy parking...man I can't believe we hadn't gone there in the past! We usually go to Gasworks park amidst all the craziness, but decided to go low key with Kristie.

It was just such a great night!! I can't even put to words how much I enjoyed every minute of it. Kristie stayed up 'til 10 for the fireworks and passed out for the night in the car on the way home. She did such a great job holding up! =)

Don't worry, it's empty. =)

Kicking back, watching the fireworks.

Pike Place!

What a day! Mackenzie & I took Will and Kristie to Pike Place Public Market in Seattle today! We skipped afternoon naps so it got a little hairy at one point, but that wasn’t anything food couldn’t solve. =)

I found out Dallin was there with his friends as well, so we met up with them at the Crumpet Shop and they showed us the famous Gum Wall. Haha.

It was such a nice day! Actually, it was toasty HOT outside! We had lunch at this cute little Italian place. It felt so nice to just sit down and eat in an air conditioned space, with good music playing in the background. That was probably my favorite part of the day!

Pike Place was absolutely PACKED with people. My goodness sakes, I’ve never seen it that full. It was like trying to drive in traffic and strollers didn’t make it much easier! But we sure had fun. What an adventure!

Dallin & his lil' group!
Part of the gum wall. This thing was HUGE! Should've gotten a picture of the whole thing. It was actually pretty gross. =)
Post Alley

This was right before we ate lunch...look at those hungry faces!
The best part...picking out flowers!
My sweet pea with the sweet peas! (I think she's worth more than $2.75 though.)
My humongous bouquet...oh I love it. (Ten dollars!)
Absolutely pooped. Time to go home!
Goodness, I just love all the color.
Having fresh flowers on my table makes me SO happy!

Today...

Playing with the zebra toy at home...her legs aren't long enough to bounce on it so she just gets a kick out of standing with it and making all the noises go.

Then we went to the beach park with Will & Mackenzie!

What's this bark stuff?

I love taking pictures of Will! He’s such a ham!

This thing spins around and Will thought it was such a kick!

Kristienot so much. Lol.

Then we went to see Char & Colton! They’re in town this week! The three amigos were united!
