What do you think?

I REALLY want my hair to grow out and be long. But I'm just not patient enough to wait. So I considered extensions. But they're massively expensive. (Even at cheaper places it's $150 and we can't afford that...) Plus they only last 3 ish months and I just don't want the hassle. So...I want to chop it off. Kate Gosselin style! (From Jon & Kate Plus 8.) I can't find any good pictures of her hair, so I found some pictures of a similar (but a little different) style...now of which I'm falling more in love with. This is Victoria Beckham's hair - hers is a little longer and less spiky than Kate's and I'm leaning more towards this direction...
(Only I'd be tucking the long pieces behind my ear like Kate does.)

Please tell me what you think!!

Pretty darn stylish. I say go for it! Growing it out is such a pain. Cutting it short is the way to go.

The only way I get myself to grow my hair out is to keep it pulled back for a few months. It drives James crazy, but I hate the gross "growing out" stage - the 'midlength' that does not look intentional. So I hear ya about not wanting to go through the annoyance of growing your hair out. The only thing that gets me through it is when I look at all the pretty long hair people have and I think "yeah, I can have that in a year!" haha.

Good luck with whatever hair style you decide! I liked my a-line bob, but I didn't like when it was a lot longer in the front because I'm a 'tuck your hair behind your ear' kinda girl too and it looked really bad on me. But it might be different with it as short as the pictures you have up here.

You could totally pull that off. And you have her great figure as well! Do it while you are young!

If I didn't look like my dad and ergo a boy with short hair, I'd chop mine too. If you decide to do it, my advice is to have your comfort food of choice handy and avoid the mirror for 24 hours. Even if I cut two inches, it's standard policy not to look in the mirror after I leave the salon until at least the next morning, or I will actually cry. Even if I like it. Lame, I know, but it's like a security blanket deal.

I loved it when you first cut your hair short-- I agree with Dana, your face and figure can totally pull it off!

And, less for Kristie to use as a pull up mechanism. . .

I tend to agree with everyone else -- I think you should give it a try. :) Let me know if you need support -- I'll go with you!

I think that would look great on you. Super stylish but also easy to manage.
