Kristie took her first steps last Tuesday at the Duce's house while we were staying there! So exciting!! We just caught a quick video of her taking a few steps. Otherwise, she was doing this over and over again and did like 5 or 6 steps! Man, I can't believe my baby girl is not such a baby anymore. Aw!
We postponed Father’s Day on the Duce side to yesterday. Dave was on the cruise last Sunday so he wasn’t here for it. So today we barbequed burgers and had a good time! I can't tell you how grateful I am for such a wonderful husband. He is such a good daddy to Kristie! And we are so grateful for both of our fathers...we would not be who we are today without them!
Kristie's little friend Will turned one last weekend! They had a pool party and we had so much fun! I made a space ship cake for the outer space theme and it turned out pretty cute!
Devin and Leslie were sealed for time & all eternity last Saturday! What an amazing experience for all of us. The ceremony was absolutely beautiful – I’ll just say there wasn’t a dry eye in the room. The whole day went so smoothly and wonderfully. Katie did the pictures and of course, they turned out beautiful! I made my first wedding cake and it turned out pretty good! (Most stressful cake by far. Ahh! But worth it.) What a great day…what a perfect couple!!
